DELIVERY POLICY

This Policy applies to goods purchased directly from HDD Heroes through www.hddheroes.com.

2. Prices and Delivery Charges
All prices are displayed in EURO and they include VAT. Shipping is free for orders above €50 within the EU; orders below €50 within the EU incur a flat shipping fee shown at checkout. For the sales inside Romania the price will be calculated in RON at the exchange rate of the BNR at the date of issuing the invoice.
Every order made on the site www.hddheroes.com will be considered as a sale contract.
For every purchase/order the company HDDHEROES SRL as a seller/reseller will issue an invoice what needs to be paid in the terms indicated on the invoice. Each invoice will contain a serial number. When the payment is made the invoice number and series needs to be mentioned on the payment document.
No cash payments are permitted. All the payments are made after the invoice will be issued and will be made by credit/debit card or by wire to our bank account mentioned on the invoice.
Where HDD Heroes offers merchandise or other products for sale, relevant product descriptions, prices and delivery charges (where possible) will be displayed before an order is completed. For orders outside the EU, an additional shipping fee may be applicable — please contact us at info@hddheroes.com when ordering from outside the EU, and the delivery price will be confirmed before the order is finalised.
Product prices are displayed on the website before purchase. Where applicable, VAT is handled according to applicable law.
Available delivery methods and applicable shipping costs will be displayed during checkout, before the order is confirmed.
3. Delivery Method and Estimated Timeframe
All shipments are sent by courier. An AWB (tracking number) is sent to the customer by email as soon as the parcel leaves our premises.
Within the European Union: delivery normally takes around 4–6 working days after the order is confirmed.
Outside the European Union: the estimated delivery time will be communicated to the customer after the order has been placed, as customs procedures may affect and delay the shipment.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Delays may occur because of:
couriers;
customs;
public holidays;
weather;
transportation disruption;
strikes; or
other circumstances outside the reasonable control of HDD Heroes.
4. International Taxes, Customs and Duties
International shipments may incur:
import VAT;
customs duties;
import taxes;
customs-clearance charges;
brokerage fees;
carrier fees; or
other destination-country charges.
Unless expressly included in the purchase price, or unless applicable law requires HDD Heroes to collect or pay them, these charges are the responsibility of the customer or recipient.
HDD Heroes has no control over charges imposed by foreign customs or tax authorities, and is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures. Customers are responsible for checking local import requirements before ordering.
5. Incorrect Addresses and Unclaimed Parcels
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Where an order is returned because an incorrect address was supplied, delivery was refused, or the parcel was not collected, HDD Heroes may deduct reasonable costs associated with the failed delivery and return shipment from any refund, where permitted by law.
